Equipment Architecture
Where is your gear tested?
Every piece of equipment is subjected to rigorous testing in the Canadian Rockies. We focus on alpine environments, high-wind ridges, and deep-freeze conditions.
Do you use synthetic or down insulation?
Both, depending on the operational requirement. Down offers superior warmth-to-weight ratio for static basecamps. Synthetics are deployed in our active apparel because they retain thermal properties when wet.
Logistics & Operations
Do you ship to remote outposts?
Yes. If there is a postal code, we can reach it. Note that bush plane deliveries or extremely remote coordinates may require additional lead time.
What is your warranty policy?
We back our gear for its practical lifespan. If a seam fails under normal expedition use, we will repair or replace it. If you drag your tent behind a truck, that's on you.
