The 30-Day Evaluation Window

We expect you to inspect your gear upon arrival. You have 30 days to test the fit and function indoors. If it does not meet your specifications, return it in its original condition for a full refund.

Field-Tested Returns

If you have deployed the gear in the field and it has failed to perform its stated function due to a manufacturing defect, it falls under our Lifespan Warranty. Submit a claim through the Outpost with photographic evidence of the failure point.

Return Protocol

  1. Contact the Outpost to receive a Return Authorization (RA) code.
  2. Ensure all dirt, mud, or debris is cleaned from the item. Unclean items will be rejected.
  3. Ship the item via a trackable courier to our Banff facility.
