1. Assumption of Risk

The wilderness is inherently dangerous. Summit & Stream Outfitters provides equipment, not a guarantee of safety. The user assumes all risk associated with mountaineering, backcountry camping, and remote travel.

2. Equipment Usage

Gear must be used for its intended purpose. Using an ultralight trekking pole as an ice axe constitutes negligence and voids all warranties.
